打电话时没说网站定，先问普通标间多少钱，答会员价208，问有窗吗？答普通标间每间都有。艺龙定的普通标间特价138，去到给的房间无窗，服务员说特价的就是这种。那你在艺龙网给出的房间描述里就是虚假信息，打电话说的和实际上不一样。
房间非常小，两张床，大学宿舍床的尺寸一样，但床垫睡得舒服，可惜太闷，半夜给闷醒了。
退房时发现标价牌上显示普通标间会员价158，简直是满嘴胡话。
