酒店位置离出境口很近，走到吃饭的地方也就十分钟到一刻钟，附近还有沿河的公园，还是比较方便的。服务人员态度很亲切。

酒店岛上，周边就是中俄商贸城，业务不景气，很是凄凉。酒店有些年头，设施陈旧。房间不大，地毯很脏，是我们半个月自驾途中住的最不舒适的。床垫有些塌了，睡的不是很舒服。床单、被罩还较为干净。卫生间不大，面盆龙头安装位置有问题，水就接不到面盆里，流的台面上到处都是。早餐很简单，感觉卫生不好。前台办理效率太低，身份证扫描用的是扫描仪扫好后再切图进系统，很费时间。艺龙说送的瓶装水，前台回复是网站骗人的，没有。到店晚上9点多，前台就休息了，只剩保安值班，大厅黑乎乎的，生意清淡啊。
