服务人员很好，地理位置也很好。就是中俄贸易淡了，酒店周围商贸城冷清了些，酒店也觉得冷清。早餐还不错，早餐工作人员很热情，周到。但是艺龙订单时网页上体现有的“礼”，到酒店工作人员说早就没有了，订单上带的早餐也几经波折才被敲定。希望艺龙和酒店的各种信息能及时更新，服务一致。总体还是不错的。比较满意。

酒店在岛上，在酒店楼上可以看到对面俄罗斯的城市，房间很宽敞，也挺干净的，服务态度很好。
