還不錯！不過酒店的浴室設計不好，沒有浴簾，水容易溢出來，然後又沒有排水口。

房间很大,硬件尚可,打扫得挺干净.酒店的泳池是泉水,但是要收费48元.此酒店应该是当地最好酒店.

推荐还是不推荐呢？小城市有这么个五星级酒店不易，房间超大，床品一般，前台的服务可不咋地，五星的价格，二星的品质。主要是那个早餐，你是吃呢还是吃呢还是吃呢，还不如就咸菜馒头小米粥呢。餐厅的一面墙壁都要长毛了。哎！反正我是不住了。

五大连池温都水城温泉酒店硬件设施和周围环境都不错，但早餐极其简单，饭菜品种少得与小旅店差不多，且管理较差，如不改进，将没有回头客。

我是六月份就为此出行订了房间，还好今天如期住进了该酒店，酒店气派，房间面积也很好，设施也比较齐备，只是还感觉有点欠缺的地方，可能是淡季的原因，我住的一个标间，一个豪华大床房，（8620和8622）整体不错，下次还会再来的，也会向朋友推荐。入住两晚提几点建议：一、餐饮：1、早餐的标准和五星级酒店的标准差距太大了，和房价标准差距就更大了。希望能加以改正。因为零客和团餐的住房价格是不一样的，因为零客住的是标准吃的也是标准，如果不加以改正，恐怕另客就会越来有越少了。2、住房的客人晚餐七点以后就没有饭吃了，只能买泡面了。二、服务标准应加以提高。希望贵店到外边的五星级酒店去看看，把人家的管理标准和服务理念学回来。但愿下次再来时会是一个高标准、优服务的合格的五星级酒店。
