电梯只到12层，14爬上去，拖着行李沉死了。酒店位置很好，就在河边，离中央步行街也挺近的。就是卫生间特别小，没独立的淋浴间，干湿不分，洗完澡满地水

说是四星级酒店，去了发现根本差远了。定的是江景大床房，可以看到河对岸的俄罗斯，房间里的设施又脏又旧，尤其是灯光，简直让人无力吐槽，太暗了，能不能换个亮一点的灯？ 两个床头灯，其中一个还是坏的。厕所很脏很简陋，灯光暗的都快和没开灯一样了。住过杭州的四星级酒店，而且还在市中心最繁华的地段，一晚上的房价还比你们便宜十几块钱，里面的设施、服务、卫生简直堪称完美，无可挑剔。哈尔滨市中心同等价位的酒店也住过，环境一样无可挑剔。到你们这我真是大吃一惊，这种环境居然还胆敢要这个价？ 根本连那家汉庭都比不上。住了一晚上只能用恶心来形容。果断差评。
