太差，完全无法用语言表述，看到黑河只有这一家四星酒店，就预定了，没想到比快捷还不如，房间小，设施差，服务基本就没有，看见你就像仇人一样，房间里什么都没，不知道怎么评上的4星。太恶心了，最最黑暗的一次住宿。

房间诚如大家评价，非常一般。6楼装修不久，味道太重。4楼楼层实在太低，观景效果差。11楼只剩一个很小的大床房，无奈只能换一个11楼的江景双床房。看上去酒店很不重视散客，宁愿把10楼的大床房留给财政局的官员住，也不愿意排给散客。
