酒店设施破烂不堪，卫生不好，基本没啥服务， 早餐简单但还能吃的饱。没有停车场只能停在路边，不方便自驾游。唯一优点是套间，俩大床。

三大人带一孩子入住三人间，两小床加一大床，正好。靠近黑河的商业街，周边吃饭方便，但停车位比较紧张。房间新设施全，早餐不错，值得推荐，总体档次超过如家汉庭那些连锁酒店不少。

客房舒适宾馆距离步行街很近，漓江边也近，前台接待热情，缺点是隔壁盖楼5点多就有噪音影响休息
