晚上入住时老太太服务员和保安态度不好，携程预订让退改前台预订，热水供应不足，一个人洗澡都不够，还标示第二人洗澡需要等三十分钟以后，苦逼，早餐丰富，第二早服务员态度很好。

各方面都挺满意，酒店周边环境吃行玩都方便，服务人员态度好，大冷天去的，热水供应还算足，床也暖和，有三点不足，第一就是头天住的时候，朋友用房卡开门发现里面已经有人入住，回到前台咨询，说弄错了换另一间，在晚上洗澡发现下水道塞了又换；第二就是早餐很一般；第三就是退房时搞卫生大姐说枕头套掉色弄脏了要我们赔偿，一看就是旧痕迹，后来经理来协调说没事才让我们走。
