总评价：酒店管理规范，服务热情周到，人员训练有素。酒店位置好，无论进山还是去大庙都方便；酒店设施好，住和吃都是棒棒的；酒店服务好，高铁站接送，方便了过年的客人，各个岗位服务人员都热情，有宾至如归的感觉。到店上茶点，房间水果点心，送开光挂件，离店送水和水果，使客人过年的心情好上加好，推荐入住。

这是一家非常非常棒的酒店！
首先硬件设施绝对是五星级水准，但更让我惊喜的是酒店的服务，一下高铁就有一台豪华商务车等着接站，司机衣冠楚楚彬彬有礼，车刚到酒店门口就有美女管家热情的接行李、倒花茶、办入住，办完直接送到房间，简直就是超五星的服务水准，搞得我差点忍不住要给小费了（经常出国旅行，这样的服务觉得值得付小费）。
进了房间才发现还有更意外的服务，直接上图了，各种贴心的免费服务让人惊喜不断……
三天的旅行非常愉快，以后到衡山一定还要住这家酒店，强烈推荐！

虽然在当地价格不低，但服务是真的很好，周到，还是非常值得的。无论餐厅还是前台，服务态度都超级好，让人心情愉悦。离大庙和衡山景区不远，有1路公交免费送到。床品舒服，还有小零食和小玉石配件赠送。酒店有车可免费送到衡山西站，车很舒适，临出发时竟然将一瓶水和水果送到车上，让客人路上带着，实在出乎意料地周到。连住两晚，五星推荐！
