环境优美，硬件设施比较旧，服务质素完全不是那回事，去大堂吧喝咖啡，点了一杯蓝山，一杯摩卡，口味先不说，上咖啡的时候直接上了两杯蓝山，然后我问服务员是不是上错了，服务员直接跟我说摩卡的咖啡粉没有了，反正价钱一样，所以就上了两杯一样的。每次打电话到总机，态度都比较惰性。总之这酒店除了环境，没有什么满意的地方

對這家酒店只有早餐滿意，其他配套，我只覺得在裝高大上，四星的配準都沒有，前台服務不到位，設備陳舊不堪

首先，前台服務不專業，拖拖拉拉的，然後房間設備陳舊，再然，一杯水，收費20元！無恥收費行為！喜來登和四季酒店水都免費的，我還沒試過在五星級酒店收一杯水20元
