应该是衡阳市最好的酒店，位处高新区，附近的环境十分宁静。房间和各类设施也达到五星级标准，但管理和人员培训仍需改善，客人在酒店大堂抽烟没人管，也有客人一路抽烟一路办理入住手续，如果改善会更好。

预定的房间没有了也没有通知，去了以后告知没留要换其他房间并且加钱换房间，不是是酒店疏忽的原因？以前在四星级五星级住遇到过一两次这样的情况从来没有说一句解释也没有就让自己出差价，由于时间原因并不想去计较。第二，房间很大毕竟是八百的，地板没有搞卫生，头发灰尘泥巴印和地毯上的烟屑，还好刚轮点上班的搞卫生阿姨态度好让她帮忙重新打扫了房间。第三除了搞卫生的阿姨其他态度真不像五星级该有。第二天果断换了地方住。
