今天第一次入住这个酒店，感觉超棒，前台小姐姐很有礼貌，服务态度好，办理入住时，我自带的保温杯没有水了，主动为我倒热水，很感动，以后出差我都来这住了

总体来说，我们还是挺满意的。但是可能是因为在西湖公园旁边，公园里面放的音乐太大了，所以房间把窗户都关上了还是有一点点吵，不过还好咯。下次我们要住高层一点，应该会更好。

第一次来衡阳 出差，打开APP出现的第一家酒店就是这个西湖山庄，位置比较好找，停车免费也很方便，外面感觉很大气。前台小姐姐服务挺好 交代一路注意事项。房间里宽敞干净，免费的水 上面也是他们酒店自己的Log，夜景也不错，我想高楼层的应该还能看的更漂亮。总的来说 是一家不错的酒店。下次再来衡阳 还住这里...

环境非常好，园林式酒店，晚上散散心、早上跑跑步，空气清新，房间卫生整洁干净，酒店员工很热情，每次来都有一种回家的感觉。
