设施陈旧，住的一楼，房间空调不行，换到二楼还是不行，服务员拿来了一台电扇，稍微好点。马桶还堵塞了。

市中心，交通方便，停车也很方便，而且是免费，酒店后面就是西湖公园，晚上可以去公园散步和健身，还可以看雁城八景之一 西湖夜放白莲花，酒店客房干净卫生，各种设施齐全，服务好，价格优，值得点赞。
