给朋友订的房，想说这个价格比在前台订要便宜点所以在携程订了然后，前台既然不接单，当着我们的面说看不到订单，给携程打电话后前台立马接单了，呵呵，这样的事情，做的太LUO了，太恶心了一个挂牌四星级酒店，服务这样连7天，汉庭都不如，四星级酒店前台服务这样，你们既然都没有意识到，我也只能说这样的酒店只能呵呵，我也不知道评论到底起到什么作用，只能表达我自己的看法，

可能是衡阳最好的酒店了，酒店环境很好，相比四星级要求来说，酒店的硬件很好，房间比较大，很舒服，特别是房间的灯光一定要赞。去了这么多酒店包括五星级的，西湖饭店的房间灯光是最好的，又明亮又舒服，不得不赞！住的房间楼层可以，房间位置也不错，视野也挺开阔的，房间里挺干净的，设施也比较新，而且酒店地处繁华地带，周围有大型商场和各种餐饮，吃喝玩乐都很方便。
