酒店的位置不太好找，在小区里面。（坚基公馆）
附近交通挺方便的，离坚基广场也很近。
酒店的前台也不算好找，没有明确的标志。（出电梯左手边开门的那间房）
酒店设施算比较全面，但是厕所抽风机太响了。马桶上水也不好。
酒店没有设早餐服务
呵呵...被子及毛巾都有几个小洞洞

在小区里面，入口保安对人态度很恶劣，向服务员投诉当没听见，和服务员说话，每句话要重复好几遍才搭理人，就是爱理不理的，真不知道请的什么人，说话也不看人，基本礼仪礼貌都没有，还没住进去就让人心情不好。第一次的差评送给你们服务员
