对于我们这种只有法定假日的上班族，真心想给家人一个舒适温馨的外出旅行！国庆假期3300多的套房，卫生间毛发一地，洗漱用品堆在一边，客厅卫生脚印一地，最最最气愤的是给我们配的套票，刚开始没有问我们的意见直接就给了温泉的，我们说不要我要黑森林的票，前台一男一女那个不情愿的样子，刚开始以为给我们换好了黑森林的票，结果早上步行20多分钟到了换票处告知我给的是剧场演出的票，简直是要晕过去了！试问你们前台的两位工作人员你们安的什么心？试问如果你拖家带口的兴致勃勃的到的景点告知不是那个票的心情？试问你顶着烈日炎炎又回去换票理论的愤怒要怎么平静？这个服务态度工作态度真心不敢再次恭维！再见，再也不见！

房间还比较新，三室一厅带了六张温泉劵，值得一提的是酒店前台的态度特别好，注意事项也会一一告知，房间主卧的床单和被子上都有黑黑的印子，晚上睡觉才看到，所以也就懒得再换了，觉得不太卫生有点影响心情，毕竟也是三千多的房间，就这样的卫生觉得有点不值……

酒店不错，环境优美清静。就是掉了钱包，😭😭😭钱嘛差不多三千元左右，就是身份证银行卡及几个证件都在包里，身份证名字是曾广光。要是好心人能归还就真是万分感谢！！🌹🌹🌹
