什么都好，唯一的问题就是:
前台的电脑严重要求换掉!（我定1点半的车票（2分钟能去到客运站），1点07分到前台退房，打4张发票硬是打到1点半才打出来《前台就一直跟我说电脑卡住了，电脑死机了》......明明2分钟可以完成的事，你硬是用了快10倍的时间，真心气死人!!!）

遇到当天前台服务很好，洗手间积水，马上换了个房，续住，今天下午回去，整个房间充满烟味，估计是隔壁间冲过来的，因受不了烟味，要求换房，服务员上来看了后说全部房已订满，没办法换，只能受了，晚上有亲戚过来，订房，显示空房很多，找前台理论！
