酒店硬件软件都不错，这无可厚非，但是对于酒店还有携程办理入住以及预定的流程以及程序上真的是太差了，我在预定酒店的时候在携程的预定界面根本就没有看到凌晨六点入住的选项，但是我明明定的是五月一号入住，五月二号办理退房的，但是酒店在五月一日中午却让我退房，对于酒店以及携程的服务我实在是无话可说，作为一个常年使用携程出行的用户，这次实在是让我寒心

酒店差评. 在人民医院对面。酒店设备很久. 最主要的是酒店的床罩和被套都没换。还有毛。问前台 她说开玩笑. 简直就是垃圾酒店 差评。差评。顺便晒一下图片
