总体都不错，入住快，退房快，但一进房间卫生间下水道返味真让人受不了，希望改进。感觉比较奇葩的是入住酒店进庄园还要交钱，虽然只是10元钱，但一下使第一印象大打折扣。

非常扯淡的住宿体验 晚上快12点 隔壁房间还在很大声的喧哗 敲了门之后一个酒气熏天的男士开门 吓得我不行 然后还是不管用，打了前台电话 前台小妹妹过来劝阻 隔壁仍然很大声 还拒绝前台劝阻 说他们声音很小了，不行了叫我们一起来聊天 真的吓死了 现在是早上六点多 又被吵醒了 可以说是非常非常糟糕的住宿体验 太恐怖了 还担心会不会被隔壁来敲门

房间设备不错，温泉区够大够新的，后面玩得也开心。服务差是真的差，办理入住等太久，吃了个饭回来还是继续等，让人等你起码给个房卡可以让人去泡温泉打发时间啊 溜达一圈还是回来大堂继续等他们的vip客户退房了才能入住，感情vip是客人，其他新客户不是客人了？
景区餐饮真没啥好吃的，吃过中午后还是决定晚餐出去找别的吧，开到了河源市中心，外面的大公路两旁三三两两的都有开一些农家菜客家菜馆。
