到兴宁参加活动，回程路过河源入住这酒店，想不到店方给我们套房升级了，房间非常大、设备又完善，服务员态度好且专业，小女兒特別喜欢大浴缸，玩得很开心，明年我们一定会再来。

在艺龙网订的房，通知订房成功。入住前艺龙网人工来电说房间已满，可以继续人工订，但价格上调100元至200元，拒绝人工订房后，艺龙网把我订房取消。我打电话咨询酒店，酒店答复房间是有的，可以订房。我又重新订了房。向艺龙网投诉，说了一半电话挂了。在艺龙网订房有几年了，怎么服务质量这么差了？
