当天订房成功之后到酒店，酒店前台说突然到店人数太多，所以没房了，app那里显示改为酒店拒绝了订单。在突然很茫然不知所措，打算另外订其他酒店的时候，艺龙客服电话过来，正在第一时间帮我协调订房部，帮我尽量安排房间，让我等待一下子，那时候让我感觉太窝心了，有如神助，超级非常感激艺龙的那位客服，无以言表。后来酒店确认了我的订单，并且免费升级了豪华房，让我喜出望外。房间超级大，超级漂亮干净舒适，酒店的各个工作人员超级热情主动细心，感谢希尔顿酒店，让我有个非常愉快的周末。
