去了酒店订房前跟前台说我想看看房间环境，前台没带去看房打开平板给我看了房间图片！图片看起来还不错，谁知道进去了后房间窗户玻璃上都是蜘蛛网，沙发脏的不忍直视！定的是山景房，窗户外面什么景色都没有就对着一面墙跟几根水管！直接去泡温泉还可以，小的温泉池水温可以！大的池温温的，住宿会后悔！我是办了入住后转去了隔壁的水晶温泉国际，酒店没什么吃的，比较偏僻！

前台服务真的不敢恭维，叫我12点半过去办理入住手续(说12前房客还没退房)，这我可以理解，但12点半过去，先说房客还没退房，我问她不是12点要退房吗，她有点不耐烦，说有些房客就是这样无赖，过了12点不退，但不够一分钟就说，房已经退了(我可没见有其他人过来退房大厅就我一个客人在为理业务)，房的清洁还没搞好，清洁阿姨中午也要休息(我从头到尾没有说过清洁阿姨问题)，之后办入住手续门用了10分钟，另外，房间有异味，景区指示牌不清晰

住的是水晶山公寓，双床房是一室一厅，厅房各放了1张床，挺干净的。温泉、水上乐园无限次玩，小孩很喜欢！总温泉差了点，种类少，毛巾都没有。
