我是华住会忠实用户，没住过这么差的美居酒店，酒店管理差劲。一、酒店预订渠道少，不能通过华住会订这家酒店。二、客房送物服务差，不能通过app或者小程序送物，只能打电话，叫送抽纸过来，结果送成了卷纸。三、没有送衣服务。衣服没烘好着急出去，叫前台帮忙送到房间，前台推三推四説没有送衣服务，后来我们告诉他华住会旗下连汉庭都有这个服务，前台才答应送。四、早餐差：1.没见过华住会有排队这么长的粉面窗口；2.食物没了不补，各种空碟子；3.大碗没了换小碗能理解，但总不能给我换一个崩的吧？？？
