下午1点半左右到店，跟前台说明订的是双床房，但是前台小姐说她们那边订单显示的是大床房，幸好我下单时保存了订单截图，给她看了以后安排了双床房，但是不能直接入住，需要等待打扫。寄存行李后，在附近吃饭，吃饭回来重新办理入住，问了前台小姐2遍这个酒店一共有几层，她都不回答，朋友用粤语问她才回答，让人感觉很不舒服。给安排了12楼有2扇窗户的房间，比较明亮，这一点还是满意的。
