入住时安排的是10楼 ，我问是否可以更高楼层？被告知高楼层都是吸烟房，因为我带着不满2岁的孩子遂入住10，进房间后一股霉味 ，发现床品也没换过的迹象故要求客房服务来换下，结果被告知我住的房间是吸烟房，又去前台要求换房，前台很不情愿的安排13楼，整体房间设施陈旧，服务又差，不建议休闲入住
