房间已经相当旧，但很干净，空间挺大的。最好的是有酒店的穿梭巴士在指定的站接送，很方便。去香港住这间酒店还是不错的。

酒店与荃湾地铁站和荃湾西地铁站都有免费的接驳中巴，荃湾站的接驳地点是B出口右转第一个楼梯上去的公车站，几乎是30分钟一班车，不过中午12点至下午5点是1小时一班。酒店前台的服务不怎么热情——不会告诉你有免费的接驳中巴，1楼的西餐厅比较贵，300元起消费，周围没有任何士多店和购物店。如果价格差不多，建议住熊猫酒店。
