6号已经退房离开，在艺龙已经担保了房费，到店需要1000hk押金，866hk房费，退房时询问过押金是否自动退回，店员说会自动返还，现在信用卡账单却显示消费了两笔，一笔是押金，还有一笔还未入账的房费。 就想问一下押金hk1000元不是自动退回吗？怎么就消费了！这岂不是消费两次了吗？请给个解释！
