酒店在小胡同里，一楼是礼宾部，前台登记在三楼。酒店房间很小，前台服务人员态度一般。早餐60港币在六楼，春节期间游客非常多，根本没有服务人员验证就直接可以吃饭了。不知是不是为了腾出更多座位，餐食摆放在走廊过道里，人多取餐特别拥挤。礼宾部寄存行李好像是花钱的，如果是办理入住寄存行李免费，本来已经退房了告诉礼宾部是办理入住寄存就没有收费。
