环境很好，周围特别安静，虽然离地铁站远一点点，但是周边巴士很方便，去旺角尖沙咀油麻地的车都有，酒店装修风格很喜欢，并且很安静，根本不存在怕隔音不好，一觉睡到中午，周边还有大商场，由于时间比较仓促，都没来得及好好逛一逛。由于酒店比较新，赶上端午节，价格居然不超过六百，这之前看市区里的，普普通通的都一千多，房间面积还小，这个酒店，房间面积22平，非常宽敞，床也很舒服，以后来，还会选择这里的

整个酒店的风格很不错！工业风格，设施都很新，各种东西很干净，就是位置稍微偏了一点点，但是还是挺好坐车的，酒店有穿梭巴士很方便，性价比很高，住的很舒服！

比较新的一家酒店，位置不太方便（福利线路贴：从九龙湾地铁口出站到德福广场门口坐九展的穿梭巴士下车后走三分钟便到），预定的时候明明备注了双床的，结果到酒店被告知只有大床，还说网上预订的房间都是大床??????那怎么不在网上说清楚，差评～

酒店位置在地铁九龙湾站附近，B出口穿过德福广场过天桥再步行几百米就到；据说是以前的饮料工厂改造的，新装修，设施都比较新，房间面积在香港来说绝对算非常大的了，稍有新装修的味道，空调声音稍大但这是酒店通病；电视还可以看Youtube BBCTwitter Facbook等网站视频，总体来说住着比较舒服。建议房间能配备些转换插头。
