酒店服务不错，有免费穿梭巴士很方便～但是硬件设施太差，2601房遥控器坏了，说了三天都没人来修，估计看我们来购物的不会有太多时间看电视～

位置不错，附近有比较多的吃饭的，如太兴、日本料理，菜市场还有水果买，比较便宜。离时代广场、铜锣湾、利园也比较近，估计就10分钟的路。 价格还能接受，休息区还有免费的水果和咖啡。每天2瓶水。 下次还会来住的。

用户体验很不错，刚开始订的是有早餐的但去了前台人员告知是无早餐的。随后联系艺龙工作人员，相当给力，很快就确定了。酒店位置不错，交通也比较方便。整体来说挺好的，唯一美中不足的是没有剃须刀。
