服务我为什么会给1星，就是因为酒店的穿梭巴士司机，是司机！！！在2月8日下午2点35分尖沙咀往酒店的穿梭巴士，我一家三口，2大1小(其中一个是小孩，10个月大)带着行李，手推车，大包小包的，很多东西。我太太抱着小孩子，我就一个人搬行李。当我把行李搬完之后，就准备把手推车搬上车，哪知道司机一句！(语气很重，就是那种很不想干的那种意思)你们等等再上车！他也没有说什么就关门了，这个时候我们就站在路边等。这个时候我们的行李都已经放在车上了，我还有太太宝宝及手推车就站在路边。过了大概几分钟，就回来了。我想问一下，我们的行李放在车上，万一有物品遗失了，怎么办？！为什么会出现这种情况？这个香港之旅真的够印象深刻了，车牌司机我都照了。正面就不放出来了。

前台的小姐服务真的不是很好，全程无笑脸，说话口气差。没有双床房之后，说给我们换一间双床的但是是抽烟房。那房间跟大床房差太多，卫生不过关，烟味非常大！以后不会入住
