僵尸酒店，每个工作人脸上都毫无表情，保洁员不敲门就进入房间，游泳池水滑梯工作人员不负责任，任由老印度的孩子插队，大孩子欺负我家六岁的孩子！真不明白为什么！洗澡水忽冷忽热，这四星级酒店怎么这么差！价格超贵，如果一家三口晚上在自助餐厅用餐，加服务费要1500一顿。旁边的酒吧餐厅，一家三口一顿晚餐也要1000元港币，还不加服务费！早餐在超市解决，一家三口也要五百元港币一顿！受不到好的服务，还死贵，真觉得不值！以后不会再来香港！

房间虽小，服务真不错，房间主要问题是卫生间太小，但是酒店服务真心不错，每晚都送迪士尼文具盒一个，退房直接走了就行，还不用退房卡，位置很好，迪士尼免费巴士太方便了，还有一个酒店配套临海“公园”。再吐下槽，消费太贵，吃得也恼火！
