早在6/10预定今天7/21酒店就注明要双床，没有双床只有大床，然后只给一张房卡，要两张没有，说他们酒店卡紧张，如果说双床没安排是因为他们没看到订单上这句话还可谅解，说出房卡紧张这种话出来让我确定前台这位小姐是有意的，就是能不给客人方便就不给客人方便，这样的恶意心态。一张塑料房卡，紧张？你这酒店是有多穷???
