服务非常不好，一点都不考虑客人的感受。酒店也没有叫车服务，我们是来出差的，非常麻烦。随行的领导也很不满意，以后坚决不会再住了。

房间还算干净，但服务特别差，前台接待说话非常不礼貌，以后坚决不能再来住了。刚进房间的，有支支响的声音。上午来了，害我们等了两小时。

地理位置真的不方便，出出入入都一定要坐车。但房间挺大的，卫生也好，没有评论所说的免费升级房间。前台的靓仔服务很好

没有像其他人说的给升级套房，不过房间还是可以的，采光风景都很好。大落地窗面向动植物园。总体来说还可以吧。就是房费有些贵，周六日700多。周二才300，差距太大了。
