很中肯的讲，从房间环境到入住到退房，我真的太满意了，从三楼办理入住的前台美女开始，到一楼大厅为我们标地图指路的经理，真的，这么好的服务我完全折服，非常感谢他们的关照，真实的体验远比评价更好！

超级糟糕的一次住宿！房间非常小，壁纸已经裂开了，楼道里都是霉味，地面很脏。说是海景酒店，结果给安排的九楼房间，全面有一栋楼挡住了，只能看到部分维多利亚港。和前台协调换房，说补差价也可以，结果也不给安排，就是没房一句话。不知道网评的4.6分怎么来的，我给一星就是看在一楼迎宾的老先生份上，一楼迎宾的老先生态度非常好。总之是又脏又破的酒店，就当花钱买个教训吧！
