服务态度十分恶劣，消防报警系统不知道怎么了？从晚上两点多响，直到三点多，尖锐刺耳的声音吵死了，睡都睡不着，房间红色预警信号一直闪烁，完全无法睡觉，打电话给前台，打了七八个半夜都没有人接听，真有什么事都没人管啊，直到四点多睡着了才有人打电话来说半夜来检查，摆脱，打电话的时候没人理会，警报消失了后又打电话吵醒了，二次吵闹，前台工作人员服务态度十分恶劣，差的要死，说不怕投诉。真心的不会有下次了！差劲的要死！

性价比极高的香港酒店，卫生极好，强迫症和洁癖的福音。可惜忘记拍照，每次来香港的首选，交通方便，去机场和尖沙咀红磡都很近。

整个酒店有十几层楼高，我们住在11楼 ，房间很小，但是很精致，两张床是拼在一起的，两个人住的话，晚上转个身也不会太摇，大窗是落地玻璃，可以看到蓝蓝的天空，可惜就是窗外的景色很一般，设施方面所谓健身房太小，附近打的等交通很方便。酒店是新的，员工服务态度好，还有很多外国游客，中国人相对少一点，若果下次再来香港，会想再选择住这里，毕竟交通方便，过海去湾仔最好还是做大巴，地铁太绕，许多司机又不去。
