2017年9月7日办理离店的，还显示我未入住酒店，打电话再三催促要求解除担保金，到今天9月22日还没有把担保金退到我银行卡里面，效率低到了极点。

完全不重视你！都离店一天了才显示已入住，离店一个礼拜了快，也不给你弄已离店！导致一千块钱的担保金锁在这里！不知道什么时候才能退回来！！！非常低效！！！非常有问题！！！催过酒店和网站无数次！！双方一直在互相推脱！！！
