事先在携程上电话备注过要大床房，结果到店前台告知他们没有收到任何这样的信息，而且大床房已经满了，我们到店也晚，只能先入住双床房，结果还是连通房。今天电话投诉，客服还怪我们应该当天联系携程的，现在事后就没办法核实，还很坚定的告诉我携程和供应商都有告知过酒店这个要求，让我们现在自己打电话核实，还要求我们告知我们前台的名字，说现在没办法属实。呵呵，这是什么服务态度？
