前台服务让人不舒服，特意选一女服员，用普通话说：你好，退房。结果她叽里呱啦说一堆英语。我俩对视了一眼，我说：对不起，不懂。然后她就用标准普通话说：啊，请问您个人用品是否都带好了？费话，拽什么拽啊，感觉酸酸的。还有客房，明明预订的双床房双人入住，客房只备了一套牙具，还好自带了，夜深了也不好意思麻烦总台。

地理位置好，今次带个6个月的小孩出去，可能没有大床房，有点儿遗憾，本来打算2个大人夹住一个BB睡觉的，酒店应该升级一间大床房给我的，这点有点儿不好
