房間冷氣似乎沒有冷媒，開16度一整天卻一點也沒有冷氣，吹出來都是常溫風，晚上睡覺熱死了。浴室排水不良，會積水，而且有些牆角或牆壁變色，不知道是不是長霉。
房間隔音差。燈也壞了。健身房連跑步機也沒有.........
大多數櫃檯人員態度還可以，不冷也不熱情，只有一位女性員工，態度很差，房間搞錯了一句道歉也沒有，說全滿了不給換房。
訂房時要看清楚是單人房還是雙人房，最好擷取螢幕證明，我很確定我訂了35m2的房間，但是因為單人入住，櫃台說我的房間是20m2的，房間小多了又不通風，早知道這麼小我就訂旁邊的四星酒店，房間較大價錢也差不多。
好處是不用買水，大廳有全天飲料跟瓶裝水，還有交通算便利，附近治安也不錯，但是房間硬體跟全館軟硬體實在有很大進步空間。畢竟也是十幾年的酒店了
