住了三晚，整体环境不错，前台服务也很好。但客户中心的服务有待改善，搞完清洁，拖鞋全收了也不添加，纸巾没了也不拿来，打电话过去，先来一个人核实情况，再送。整个过程可想而知。

空调、冰箱都很老旧，会发出很大的声音，夜晚安静的时候听的特别清晰！第一个晚上几乎是失眠的，第二天想要退掉预定的第二晚，被告知预定了是不能退的，含泪把两个晚上住完的！这种价位还是乖乖的住在尖沙咀弥敦道上的任意一家同价位酒店吧，毕竟这个酒店打车去尖沙咀也是要几十块的，且高峰期还要站在门口排队等的士，吃饭全部都要走出去，连便利店都要走走走，香港住的最差的一次体验
