本人于2018 4 3日入住此酒店2206房间，感觉此酒店管理有待提高…订的是大床房间，入房一看，大床宽度才1.5米，两人在上，己没有转身余地了，那张床的质量之差，睡在旁边的人一动，床也跟着动，感觉就要散架一样，早上细看一下，原来就是四只直径小小的胶脚支撑着整张大床，日久失修，搞到一夜无眠，早上还在睡觉的时候，就给其他房间的关门声吵醒，声声巨响入耳，洗手间的浴帘也扣不了，想重新扣回也不能…细看一下，己经是不可修复了，还在天天使用，洗手盆也去不了水…前台服务员从入住一刻到退房一刻都末见一点笑容…好像欠了他钱末还一样…这些客人入住碰到的小问题，难道管理层真的不知道，订房的时候，上网看评论，一遍赞美声…就这样也跟着中招了

因为临时定的中环其它好的酒店都没有房了。一进房间，我家人就要换酒店。装修的像唐人街，房间小的很，给我们住的房间带有残疾人设备。可能是旺季，房还紧张。

是第一次入住，服务人员态度很好房间也很精致，看到的海景景色也不错，下次来还要住这，交通方便周围有很多有特色的店铺，美食多多，去兰桂坊也很近！
