酒店在地铁太子站，出行挺方便。机场到酒店有a21，直径到酒店门口。但是去机场的时候再坐a21的话，要步行六百多米。我们选择拖着行李，地铁坐一站到旺角e1出，找到机场大巴站台。酒店附近也有吃的，鹅皇馆服务就超好。酒店入住的时候，告诉我加床要收385港币一晚，而我艺龙订单已经包含了加床费用。跟酒店前台再三重申，还是告诉我加床要收费。最多给我一张发票，让我跟艺龙去退加床费。我再跟艺龙客服沟通，app上的客服让人吐血，给了两个香港地区的电话，我打到脑袋发麻都没打通…再跟客服说的时候，就是鸡同鸭讲了。后来再拨打大陆400的客服，三分钟就告诉我了解决办法，回来了凭发票退加床费用。白白浪费我一个多小时。下次有遇到类似情况的亲，请直接拨打艺龙大陆400的热线，比app上找客服好到不知哪里了。继续讲酒店，酒店早餐很简单，吃一次还行，第二次就找不到想吃的东西了。当然肚子是能填饱的。不过，小孩吃早餐要88港币…那么简单的早餐，孩子吃很不合算。酒店设施类似国内锦江之星吧，总体来说干净整洁，还不错。

很好的酒店，服务人员很热情。地点在旺角离朗豪坊和地铁都很近，寸土寸金的地方这样的酒店已经很好了。来香港购物的话推荐入住。
