艺龙总是挂着羊头卖狗肉！假模假样推出一间两间特价房诱惑消费者，今天我定了五间房，前三间没问题，后两间也提交扣款了，结果我儿子他们10个同学到酒店后，前台说竟然没有特价房了，只有贵300的房间！好吧，我们认了，又是一顿支付，扣款确认回执，可是酒店前台硬是没收到艺龙的信息，给接待员看手机回执，也说没有用，必须艺龙下单子。结果给艺龙打电话，又是第N遍重复性地问资料等问题。一群10几岁的孩子一大早从深圳奔到香港，从12:00一直等到17:00，就办个入住，真是比取经都难啊！
艺龙负责接电话投诉与建议的那个小女孩，冰冰冷冷的态度，鹦鹉学舌一样，什么也记不明白、解释不通，到底艺龙还想不想在竞争中胜出了！ 如果说酒店前台是香港工作人员，交流障碍，脑子伐木，那么艺龙的业务不熟练，不主动不热情，遇事推三阻四，久真真令我们消费者无能为力啊
