酒店位置好，在弥敦道边；入住与退房顺利，迅速；房间大小可以，在香港算大的啦，设施齐全；早餐人较少，品种不算多，但质量还好，值得住的酒店。

住过最恶心的酒店，没有之一，且不说大床房的床小的可怜，估计1.5米没有，最可怕的是第二天出门前整理行李，突然发现床与贴着床的墙之间地上掉有一个之前别人用过的避孕套，我当场差点没吐了。本来是带孩子去科学馆比较近，也看了评价，才选的这家。住的当晚小孩高烧40度不退，想想真是晦气。和前台说了之后，我还特地说，我们要去sasa现在，不要进房间处理那个避孕套，等我们回来一会退房再说。结果服务员在我们不在时，偷偷把那个恶心的东西拿走了，我真怕那东西在拿走过程中掉在我行李箱上……酒店方没有表示任何不好意思或者补偿，就这样好像从来没发生过，当然我也没再去找前台说这事，退房走了，因为我不想当小小孩面说这些。总之，终身难忘，感觉太糟糕，以后不会再住这里。酒店肯定不缺客人，但不会是我的选择了。

为了看Jay香港演唱会才去了趟HK，酒店毗邻尖沙咀，在弥敦道区域，非常便利！离中港通巴士公司的门店也很近，坐巴士就可以回深圳

酒店离地铁佐敦站很近，处闹市中心，吃住行极其方便；前台服务很好，离开时还主动询问是否需要帮忙约出租车；客房宽敞、干净整洁，大大改善了之前对港酒的看法，自助早餐品种也不少。整个行程老人小孩都非常满意，感谢！下次还住你们家。
