酒店前台，有一班有个岁数挺大的服务很不好。打印文件明明5元一张，结果看人下菜碟，偏偏说是50港币一张。旁边一个小姑娘还帮忙蒙骗。 第二天，第三天换了另一班前台人员，5元港币一张搞定。说明什么？ 管理混乱！
