如果不打车，虽然与兰桂坊咫尺之遥，但出了中环地铁站按照google地图一路走来真心不好找，门头很小还要乘电梯才可到前台，每层好像只有两个房间且空间不大，洗漱没有护发素，本想体验一下精品的感觉，反而确认了以后还是入住国际连锁更加舒心。

酒店在半山腰，拉着行李上山会很吃力，酒店提供的是残疾人客房，使用很不方便。酒店虽然坐落在兰桂坊附近，但房间隔音不错，比较安静，客房迷你吧也是免费的。总体性价比不高。

投诉携程投诉酒店！这家酒店不推荐给休假或家庭旅行，晚上凌晨3-4点还听到下面酒吧的大声音乐，整个晚上嘈到没法睡一觉。我们订了5个晚上，第一个晚上发生这样的情况就已经联系酒店和携程，但双方也是以“它们外包了给第三方订酒店房间的原因”和“订单不能取消”为理由，而说不能取消订单和退款。作为那么大的平台携程，并没有把酒店的实际情况好好的写在网页上，让消费者可以通过你平台信息作出订酒店的判断是失败，酒店连最基本的“安静睡觉”的标准也没办法达到就更加失败，更更加失败的双方各自推卸责任，以后也不用携程，在它们平台订酒店完成没有基本保障也不愿意承担责任，失望！
