这个酒店太不通情达理了！！！我因为巴厘岛火山爆发而滞留巴厘岛没办法到香港入住酒店，联系后居然不给退！！！非要我拿航延证明才能退房，机场都关了飞机不知何时起飞！！等我到达香港拿到航延证明已经是三天后的事情了！全世界都知道巴厘岛火山爆发机场关闭，就为了一千多块钱不愿意退，真的是恶心！
