真是第一次遇到这样的酒店，给我的房间跟我订的完全差了一个级别，我订的高级房，给我标准房，还死活说是艺龙把图片搞错了，后面找艺龙协商，也没给我解决问题，艺龙客服居然说酒店说是高级房就是高级房，无语，图片和设施差太远了好吗？我两点多到的酒店，硬是拖到六点才给我换房入住，而且附近交通都不方便
