提前一天晚上预订，结果预订信息要第二天才能查到预订信息。导致需要早上退了房，晚上回去又check-in一次。酒店行政楼层的服务不稳定，有一晚给的剃须刀是开封了的。不知道是不是前一位客人用过的。行政酒廊的早餐种类少，不如智选假日。只有白粥，炒面，几款面包，肠仔，火腿，鸡蛋，酸奶，芝士，几款水果。早上8点已经没有芝士，炒面剩一点。也没看到继续补充。
